I work integratively, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s specific needs and drawing on methods that best support your goals. My core framework is person-centred therapy (PCA), which focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel understood and accepted, allowing you to freely explore your thoughts and emotions. I often add elements from Transactional Analysis (TA) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), balancing support with gentle challenges, promoting self-agency and empowerment as you navigate your journey.
