Client contact information is deleted once counselling has ended, and all records are securely destroyed after the retention period. Unless otherwise required by legal or regulatory obligations, records are kept for seven years following our final session.

There is a serious risk of harm to you or others, in which case, I may share the necessary information with appropriate authorities such as GPs, and with organisations for safeguarding reasons, as well as emergency services and organisations I’m legally obliged to share information
